The two book series associated with the LEARNING CULTURE NETWORK are central forums for discussions:
- ‘Diversität und Bildung im digitalen Zeitalter’ (Diversity and education in the digital age), published by VS Springer, and
- ‘Learning cultures’, a student book series published by Bautz.
‘Diversität und Bildung im digitalen Zeitalter’ publishes at least two volumes per year and presents research embodying the transdisciplinary ethos of the Learning Cultures Network. Publications are mainly in German. An international book in English will be published every other year.
‘Learning cultures’ publishes exceptional student research at irregular intervals. The series promots the concept of inquiry-based learning. Inquiry-based learning can be understood as a process in which knowledge is constructed, and in which the research and learning processes coincide with each other.
